Benefiting the Guns & Hoses Foundation or North Texas, this event will put Police Officers in a showdown verses Firefighters for bragging rights for the BEST BBQ! In conjunction with the Roanoke Roundup, there will be live-music, vendors, arts and crafts, and FUN for the entire family. The Pit Master Tasting will allow for you to join in and be apart of taste testing award winning BBQ and show your appreciation for your local first responders from across North Texas!
